FDmiX Curiosity. Easy Formulation Development.

The Curiosity system was specially developed for the rapid formulation development of LNP or polynanoparticles. The system is easy to operate so that the mixers and syringes (single-use) can be changed quickly and easily. The mixer is attached directly to the syringes and can be replaced immediately after the test. Apart from the syringes and the mixer, no other components come into contact with the substances, eliminating the need for time-consuming cleaning procedures. This means that a large number of tests can be carried out quickly and easily with the system.

The system will be available from Q4 2024. If you would like to test the system in advance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At a glance. Product specifications.

The Curiosity system has two syringe pumps that can be operated with commercially available disposable syringes. An FDmiX mixer (XS) is connected directly to these and the piping is optimized for minimum dead volumes. All materials used are approved for LNP encapsulation and we naturally also supply the corresponding material certificates. The following tables summarize the technical details once again. Please note that the flow rate and flow rates depend on the mixing ratio. Please contact us if you would like to test the system or have any questions.
