OsciJet – The All-Rounder

The OsciJet nozzle is the multitalented solution for your application. It is based on a smart flow channeling which induces an instability in the internal flow. Thereby, this innovative nozzle is able to emit a sweeping or pulsating stream of fluid – without any moving parts.
For the first time, the OsciJet nozzle enables to take advantage of dynamic jets even under the most difficult conditions and without concessions in durability, reliability, and maintenance of the overall system.
The OsciJet nozzle provides the required oscillation frequency for your application with frequencies ranging from a few oscillations per second up to ultrasonic values (approx. 50kHz). A low frequency version is ideal for cleaning applications and yields an up to 7 times better cleaning result. High frequency designs are more suitable for mixing enhancement (e.g., fuel with air) and spray generation. Compared to a conventional nozzle, the OsciJet nozzle yields up to 15 times better mixing.

Cleaning nozzle

The μLPX-CS nozzle is the smallest cleaning nozzle in our portfolio. It was specially designed for medical applications. Thus, with a 2 mm diameter (capacity of 3), the nozzle fits on a conventional endoscope.

Cleaning nozzle

The LPX-CS is the special nozzle for surface cleaning with lower pressures. This nozzle can be operated from 130 mbar up to 16 bars and is desigend to reach its peak-performance in this pressure range. This was accomplished by tuning the jet dynamics and frequency for exactly this pressure range, resulting in an up to 7 times more effective cleaning compared to a conventional fan nozzle. As for all OsciJet nozzles, the spray angle is almost constant for all flow rates and pressures.

Container cleaning nozzle

Several OsciJet nozzles are arranged circumferentially in the housing of the LPX-CS 360 in order to create a 360° spray. This nozzle is designed for the cleaning of tanks and reservoirs without the need of mechanical components as those components are prone to blockage and failure. Due to the compactness of the nozzle, it can be permanently integrated inside the reservoir. This nozzle is desigend to work with water pressures of 1 – 10 bars, but can also be adjusted for higher working pressures or pressurized air.

Mid Pressure Nozzle

The MPX-CS is the special nozzle for cleaning in the middle pressure range. This nozzle can be operated from 15 bar up to 35 bars and is desigend to reach its peak-performance in this pressure range. This was accomplished by tuning the jet dynamics and frequency for exactly this pressure range, resulting in an up to 3 times more effective cleaning compared to a conventional fan nozzle. As for all OsciJet nozzles, the spray angle is almost constant for all flow rates and pressures.

Professional high pressure nozzle

The OsciJet HPX-CS Pro is the innovation on the high pressure cleaning market. Using a smart flow channeling, the HPX-CS Pro produces a compact, sweeping jet without the need of moving or rather rotating parts. This way, for the first time, the HPX-CS Pro couples an improved cleaning performance with the reliability of a flat fan nozzle.

Fuel nozzle

Design with respect to the pressure directive, the HPX-MS is created for fuel injection (Diesel, fuel oil) in combustion processes. Even with varying inlet pressures (0.4 – 200 bar) this nozzle features a constant spray angle and fine droplets. Designed for long-lasting performance it offers extreme robustness even in highly aggressive environments. Reliability and maintenance free operation are the key concepts for this nozzle type.
